Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files or similar browser storage values that a website or application can place on your device. They can preserve a session, remember a preference, support security controls, and help a service respond correctly to your requests. Cookies do not execute programs or provide access to files on your device by themselves.

Nymrio uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain authenticated application sessions, complete security and verification flows, preserve account state, and support the operation of the dashboard, APIs, and widgets.

The public website stores a cookie_consent preference so the consent banner does not reappear after you choose an option. The application may use authentication cookies such as access_token, refresh_token, and otp_session_token to sign you in, refresh a session, or complete two-factor verification.

Strictly necessary cookies support authentication, security, session continuity, two-factor verification, and core application functions. Without these cookies, the dashboard and account services may not work correctly.

Preference and consent cookies remember choices such as whether you accepted or declined optional cookies. The public website currently stores the cookie_consent value for up to one year.

Nymrio does not currently describe a separate analytics-cookie program as active on the public website. If non-essential cookies or new tracking purposes are introduced, we will update this policy and the consent experience before using them where consent is required.

Third-party services that you choose to use with Nymrio may set or read cookies according to their own policies. This can include payment and checkout providers, model providers, MCP servers, authentication services, or external endpoints opened through an integration. Nymrio does not control cookies set by those providers. Review their privacy and cookie notices before connecting them to your workspace or browser.

You can accept optional cookies or keep only essential cookies using the consent banner shown on the public website. You can also inspect, remove, block, or restrict cookies through your browser's settings. Deleting the consent cookie will cause the banner to appear again.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, two-factor verification, session refresh, account settings, or other core Nymrio features from working. Browser controls are usually available under the Options, Settings, or Privacy sections of your browser.

Cookies used for authentication are exchanged with the application over the configured transport and security controls. In production, the API configures secure transport and same-site protections for its authentication cookies, and selected session values are protected from client-side access where the application does not need to read them.

No browser or network mechanism can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and browser secure, sign out of shared devices, and report suspected account or session compromise through the available support channel. We may update this policy when our cookie use changes and will publish the revised version with a new effective date.
