Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using Nymrio, including its website, application, workspace, APIs, and embedded widgets (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use and applicable law. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the Service.

Nymrio is operated by BRINDUSOIU EDUARD-NICOLAE PFA, a sole proprietorship registered in Romania, with fiscal identification code (CUI) RO44875202 ("Nymrio", "we", "us", or "our").

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account unless you are using the Service through an organization that has authorized your access.

Nymrio is a software-as-a-service platform for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying AI systems. The Service may include AI agents, multi-agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), document processing, Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections, execution traces, API access, and branded chat widgets.

Depending on the model and feature you select, requests may be processed through Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or another provider configured in the Service. MCP servers and tools are external systems that you choose to connect. Their availability, output, security, and policies may change independently of Nymrio, and you are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply to each integration.

Plans may include monthly AI credits, usage limits, and optional overage budgets. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to the plan and usage rules shown in the Service. We may change model availability, credit consumption, limits, or plan structures with notice where required by law.

Subscription payments and billing operations may be processed by Paddle as our payment service provider. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and applicable purchase terms are presented before payment. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment provider's applicable terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.

You must provide accurate registration and billing information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, API keys, workspace members, agents, integrations, and published widgets.

Nymrio stores account, workspace, configuration, usage, and operational records in its application infrastructure, including PostgreSQL and vector search storage used for RAG features. You must not submit information unless you have the rights, notices, and permissions required to process it through Nymrio and the providers or tools you configure.

You retain ownership of prompts, documents, instructions, configurations, and other material that you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Nymrio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, store, process, and display Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and the applicable provider policies, you may use the AI output generated through your account. AI output may not be unique, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

Nymrio's software, interfaces, design system, documentation, brand assets, and underlying technology remain the property of Nymrio or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute those components except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law, provider terms, and the rules of any destination system connected to your workspace. You must not use Nymrio to:

  • Generate, store, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or rights-infringing material.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of another person or organization.
  • Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, probe security controls, or disrupt the Service or a connected provider.
  • Build or operate deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, or high-impact systems without appropriate human review, safeguards, and legal authorization.
  • Submit personal, confidential, or regulated information without the necessary lawful basis, notices, permissions, and security measures.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, providers, or third parties, or to comply with law.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the continued availability of a model or integration, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI output, retrieved documents, tool results, or generated code.

You are responsible for validating output and for decisions, content, deployments, API calls, or actions made using the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nymrio and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service or a connected third-party system.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, security practices, or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Nymrio, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities required by applicable law.

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the contact channel available on the Nymrio website or through the support features in the application. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
